The location was Great,Right in the middle of Everything. The staff was very kind and helpful.
It was of a hassel to park. When I went there was a conference or something, and the parking enrtrace was blocked off.So that made it kinda difficult.
They could have had a better spa.. Having to go down by the pool in a little room wasn't very relaxing- not a spa setting at all.
Everthing about the hotel was fantastic, however, with a couple of issues we experienced during our stay.
The pillows!!! Wow!! Byop- bring your own pillows!! The key cards for the parking garage seem to demagnitize very easily causing delays on entering and leaving!! No fans or circulation in the bathrooms!! Please be aware that providing foods with ingrediants such as "peanuts" can cause certain reactions like death to certain children if consumed or even touched!!
Reliable quality and reasonably close to Sea World
Not so scenic surrounds but close to shopping and restaurants.
It was close by to a lot of shops and restaurants. We all enjoyed the delicious cookies!!!!!
I booked the room prior to leaving Phoenix and found a good price for the room. When I checked in, I had mistakenly booked a room for only 1 king bed....staff accommodated my family and I in a bedroom with 2 queen beds. When I checked out, staff checked to see if I had any additional charges, which I didn't, and wished me a good day. I checked my credit card statement and was charged way over what I found online when I booked the room. I called and spoke to Seth, and he talked to supervisor Joseph, and got everything fixed for me. Great customer service!
It was away from the other hotels near the area.
The cost was high.
everything was great
the laundry room needs to be undated
Quite windows! No outside noise at all. Had a problem with room and the managment staff was on it andmade it right.
Limited number of pool chairs. A lady was topless taning, i know sounds good but she was not someone who should attempt that in public!
The business center is non-existent. The online printing feature from your room sounds great, but it did not work. And there was no facility for taking a thumb drive to print from or use a computer to print from.
The in side pool was tge best for my kids because it was a rainy weekend! And the cookies mmmmmmmm delicious!
Very nice, clean hotel. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Very convenient location.
I did not like that you had to pay extra for parking at the hotel and they don't tell you about this until after you complete your booking. Also, I was a little dissapointed they did not include breakfast with your stay.
Location - close to Trolley line and Qualcomm Stadium
Wifi is free in lobby but doesn't work well. $12 per day inyour room which is an outrageous price.
The hotel was really good in general. Comfortable bed, very clean and quiet.
Stopped by to check in at 11:30am. They took my info and said I was good to go, just needed to come back later when the room would be clean. Came back at 3pm and they didn't have my info anymore. Then we found out it was for $18/day parking. And if it wasn't for the courtesy internet (because of the trouble with checking in), we would have had to pay for that too. Finally, no minibar in the room. We had groceries and had to improvise. Overall, that takes a lot from the pluses, but it is still a good hotel.
the knives at breakfast are a scandal - neither they nor your carving knives have any cutting power - also the quality of the bread for breakfast was bad - we prefer to pay more and have a real buffet to choose from
Located by stores and good central location in general with short distance to Sea World. Indoor pool.
Just an average hotel. Nothing great. A little expensive at $129 a night.
