I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. From offering directions to local attractions, to providing fresh towels at the pool, the hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The cleanliness of this hotel was also impressive. My room was spotless upon arrival, and the common areas were so well-maintained that I felt right at home. Additionally, the location was ideal - I was able to easily access public transportation and nearby shopping centers during my stay.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay at this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located near the light rail station, which allowed for easy transportation around the area. The room service was quick and provided a delicious breakfast that was a great start to the day. The view from the hotel room was breathtaking and made for a great way to relax. The leisure facilities were abundant and perfect for a family with small kids; the swimming pool and arcade room were the highlights.

The parking at this hotel was extremely limited and caused a lot of frustration when trying to find a spot.

The cookies at check-in were a delicious introduction to a weekend of great service. The hotel location was a fantastic hub for shopping and dining within walking distance. Additionally, the affordable price offered great value for clean and spacious rooms with friendly and helpful staff.

Some rooms featured a blocked sink and bathroom sliding door that didn't close properly. It was also disappointing that some amenities, such as the brunch, seemed overpriced and could have offered more value for the cost. this hotel weekend had its ups and downs but was ultimately a good experience with affordable pricing, great location, and good service.

Friendly staff and cozy accommodations made my business trip enjoyable. The warm cookies upon check-in were a nice touch and the complimentary Wi-Fi was a plus. The location, although not in the heart of the city, was conveniently near public transportation and major highways.

Great experience there. Clean hotel with an exceptional staff and new-fashioned and well-kept rooms. Convenient location by tram, amazing pool. Next to the San Diego Trolley and a really nice restaurant called ranch something and San Diego. Plenty of outstanding food.

The location was unbeatable and comfy, next to the attractions like a movie theater and a theater, and others. Restaurants and golf courses were also next to the hotel. Booked a room with a balcony.

Comfortable Stay and Great Location The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and a shopping center with decent options. The indoor pool was a nice feature, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay.

Noise and Communication Problems Although the hotel had some positive aspects, there were some downsides as well. The noise level was high due to parties and loud music, making it difficult to sleep. Communication with the staff was also an issue, which made it challenging to resolve any problems that arose during our stay.

The hotel is definitely recommended to others. This pet-friendly property offers lots of brand-new rooms. The service is excellent, includes free parking. Besides, they charge usd 10 per 24 hours for Internet. The best thing is location - very close to Hazard Center theaters, San Diego. There's Smashburger offering takeout within walking distance of the venue. As for me the food is appetising, and they have lots of meals...

The location was Great,Right in the middle of Everything. The staff was very kind and helpful.

It was of a hassel to park.When I went there was a conference or something,and the parking enrtrace was blocked off.So that made it kinda difficult.

They could have had a better spa.. Having to go down by the pool in a little room wasn't very relaxing- not a spa setting at all.

Everthing about the hotel was fantastic, however, with a couple of issues we experienced during our stay.

The pillows!!! Wow!! Byop- bring your own pillows!! The key cards for the parking garage seem to demagnitize very easily causing delays on entering and leaving!! No fans or circulation in the bathrooms!! Please be aware that providing foods with ingrediants such as "peanuts" can cause certain reactions like death to certain children if consumed or even touched!!

Reliable quality and reasonably close to Sea World

Not so scenic surrounds but close to shopping and restaurants.
